When we eat food and breathe as well as use our body muscles, our
body creates a waste which is stored in one part of our body. And the body
needs to get rid of the waste by drinking water.
When there is not enough nutrients and water in the body, then
your body can trigger hunger to motivate you to get some more from whatever it
needs. The wastage in your body after drinking water becomes energy.
There are three main functions of water in the human body:
- Water can transfer oxygen as well as nutrients to different parts of the body.
- Water can remove toxin and waste from the body
- Also, Water can regulate the temperature of the human body.
