When I was researching some of
information that related to our project
which is Healthy Lifestyle project and
our theme is (When thirsty, make Water your 1st Choice).
I found out from YouTube that body needs 60% to 75% of water, because adults lose two to three quarts of water every day.......
It's also important for lung
which good for breathe.
